Throughout my career I have enjoyed working with a wide variety of people with diverse backgrounds and who might struggle with a breadth of issues, therefore I really consider myself a generalist. I am open and integrative in my approach, having more in depth experience with CBT, ACT, psychodynamic, humanistic, and group therapy approaches, but firmly believe that there is not one correct treatment modality. Many types of people seek therapy and I have found that there is not a one size fits all approach. What might work for one person may not work for another. As such, I try to tailor my approach to each unique individual.
