I operate from the core belief that people are whole, thus providing treatment from a comprehensive approach to physical, emotional, spiritual, and familial health and wellness. My treatment approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused treatment, and mindfulness-based practices.
Therapy can be highly effective for a variety of personal and professional problems of life. I specialize in the treatment of occupational stress conditions, professional burnout, anxiety and panic disorders, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
For those with high-stress careers, I also utilize professional development coaching as an alternative to traditional therapies.
