I can help! I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and certified mindfulness informed professional (CMIP) currently practicing at Ellie Mental Health in Hudson, OH. I love to work with clients of any age group and have found particular success with teenagers and men and women in middle age.
I use a humanistic, non-directive approach to counseling that focuses on a warm, collaborative atmosphere. Our sessions won't leave you feeling like you've been sitting in a classroom!
