For 15 years, I've enjoyed working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders, as well as parent concerns with their child's self-esteem, behavior, and the parent/child relationship. My approach is using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and play therapy.
I understand that kids, teens, and adults need someone they can trust to discuss their concerns and problem-solve the ever-changing issues they face. I strive to work closely with every client and family to help them identify their strengths and achieve success.
