With today's constant demands and pressures streaming in from every direction, it's easy to feel overwhelmed, depressed, anxious, enraged, and/or addicted--basically, symptomatic. I provide the safe container necessary for lasting change to happen. And, I do this through a rigorous dedication to practicing the art and science of psychotherapy. Contemporary neurosciences have confirmed what many intuitively wise individuals and cultures have known all along, healing is the product of healthy relationship.
Building on the foundation of Depth Psychology, I draw upon well established, evidence -based practices such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Gottman Method. Additionally, I integrate ideas and practices from other informative arts and sciences such as drama, writing, philosophy and mythology.
