For 20 years, I have specialized in PTSD, anxiety, phobias, depression, dissociative disorders, psychosis and addiction…basically anything related to trauma. I have treated men, women and children who have experienced trauma and struggled to cope effectively. I have helped people with issues they are experiencing in their relationships and assisted with grief and loss and breakups. If someone is struggling to cope without using some sort of substance, prescribed or not, I am willing and able to assist them with finding their way to acceptance and peace. I also work with athletes to help them achieve theIr highest potential.

I offer the Bi-Lateral Analysis Stimulation Technique (BLAST) and I am a Certified Advanced BLAST Practitioner and currently one of 5 BLAST Trainers in the world (the only one in the US). I also provide Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and Neurolinguistic Programming, and Hypnotherapy. I am also a Sports Performance Mind Coach.

I believe that anxiety, trauma and PTSD do not have to be a life sentence of suffering. I believe that you can heal from your traumatic experiences and have a higher quality of life, not just learn to live with them.
