I am a psychoanalyst, a meditator, and an author. I am the former Director of Training for The Training Institute for Mental Health, a post-graduate program which provides advanced, ongoing training in psychoanalysis and psychotherapy. I have also completed EMDR training, and have been practicing Vipassana meditation since 1997.
