I offer individual therapy for adults and adolescents, with a primary focus and expertise on those who are currently struggling with anxiety, addiction, depression, grief, trauma, and finding meaning and purpose. Other areas of expertise include family conflict, difficult life transitions, career/vocational issues, personality disorders, and challenges unique to men. Additionally, I provide full psychological evaluations and personality evaluations/assessments.
At the heart of my work is the belief that real and lasting change happens not just through new strategies or advice, but through deep understanding, honest connection, and the courageous work of facing the truth of our stories. Psychotherapy is about change. Something in you needs to change, and I will be compassionate, curious, and challenging.
Clients have come to therapy because something about their existing patterns — ways of thinking, relating to others and themselves, coping with emotions and stress — is causing distress or limitation.
