Sometimes, our relationship to others, and ourselves, has lost its footing. We may even find ourselves feeling disconnected and overwhelmed by difficult emotions. Though we often push through life’s challenges alone, the truth is, we don’t have to. In our time together, I hope to collaborate with you in identifying the patterns, thoughts, and feelings that may be blocking you from a happy relationship to yourself and others, even if it feels beyond words at this time. I believe an environment of warmth, curiosity, and creativity can help us heal in ways we may have never thought possible.
My background in the Arts and early development gives me an empathic and playful style. I have experience working with vast cultures, age-groups, and family histories, with specialized trainings in trauma, grief, relationship concerns, attachment, play therapy, and parenting. I aim to integrate these tools to adapt to the needs of each unique client.
Additionally, as a first generation American, I often look at things through a multigenerational lens, and I can conduct Therapy in both English and Russian. Much like the healthy and happy relationships we seek, I believe the key to therapy is building a connection. I hope we can chat, or meet in person, to see how we feel about working together.
