I offer supportive psychotherapy for adults, children, and teens, honoring each person’s inner world and emotional experience in our beautiful Old Town Pasadena office. I help people understand patterns—whether in their lives or their decisions—and make grounded, thoughtful choices that lead to better outcomes. I help clients understand what’s underneath what keeps happening. My goal is to meet you "where you are" so you feel understood and empowered to grow, heal, and thrive. I am experienced working with children and teens ages 4 to 14, and I enjoy helping kids and their families. I offer Saturday sessions.

My approach to therapy empowers the individual to discover how strong and resilient they truly are. I help you slow down, understand what’s really going on, and make better decisions. I am trained in EMDR, a powerful, evidence-based trauma modality that helps individuals process distressing experiences and move toward greater integration and resilience.
