My focus centers on treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and substance use. My approach is rooted in trust, nonjudgmental listening, and empowering clients. I also have expertise in working with loved ones and caregivers of individuals with serious mental illness including schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders.
