Whether in times of calm or in chaos, I strive to create a safe, judgement-free space to process clients problems head on. The issue is just a symptom, I seek to treat the entire person. A therapist is only as strong as the relationship with each client. Every client is unique. Collaboratively we partner and find an approach to therapy that fits to their specific needs. We check in regularly to evaluate the situation to best meet your goals. Whether it be LGBTQIA+ issues, sex/intimacy, relationships, depression, anxiety, OCD, substance use, kink and/or other issues, you aren't alone. Together we can help you find your TrueSelf.

In conjunction with the client, we find ways to process, rebuild and grow into the best version of their realized self. We work towards goals customized to client's specific needs. Specialties include working with acceptance therapy, reframing, CBT while remaining solutions-focused. I offer more than reflection, I provide realistic options & opportunities.

As a former New Yorker, I can be pretty direct. As a person in a second career and building my own small business, I understand the fear of stepping into the unknown.
