I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who strives to provide effective evidenced based treatments to individuals and family's struggling with anxiety disorders (specifically Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder). I view treatment as a collaborative team effort involving the individual and family. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment that allows for healing and growth.
I specialize in the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and other anxiety related disorders and have received extensive training in ER/XP (Exposure Response/Ritual Prevention) through the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety (CTSA) at the University of Pennsylvania. I am also trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
At Integrative Health Consultants, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder is treated as a team approach. I meet with colleagues to discuss advancements in the field and to consult on cases to ensure that the services I deliver are very effective and of the highest quality.
