About
Life starts to beat us down and burn us out. We find ourselves frustrated, irritated, and confused how to move forward. Friends and family that we relied on have run out of energy for us. We can't help it, but we're pushing them away. How can we overcome this struggle without losing those closest to us, without losing ourselves? The stress of life: work, school, family and this world at large can sometimes feel overwhelimg, leading to anxiety, mood and relationship problems or drinking and smoking too much.
It can get better. We can learn from past mistakes, heal our wounds, and overcome obstacles. Every human being has the ability to grow stronger and wiser, even in the face of great pain and challenging odds. This is what I do. Help people to find their resolve, their strength.
No matter how many times you've been knocked down, I can help you get back up and start moving again. I am a down to Earth counselor, who uses mindfulness techniques and spirituality to empower clients to beat the odds. Check me out at PSYDOC.net
