I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and enjoy working with families, couples and individuals. I also have experience working with issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, improving communication and coping with loss and trauma.
I have additional training as an Apple Parenting Instructor, in Parent Child Interaction Training (PCIT) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
