After 10 incredible years of serving as the director of the Boys Town Central Florida Behavioral Health Clinic, I return home to Palm Beach to serve as the founder and chief psychologist of the Florida Center for Behavioral Health! I am passionate about providing high quality, science supported, primary care behavioral health services to individuals and families. I have over 15 years of experience helping families, children, adolescents, and young adults manage common social, emotional, behavioral, academic, and cognitive challenges. I adhere to cognitive, behavioral, acceptance, and value based treatment models. I incorporate a strong parent focused collaborative approach with pediatric concerns. Example concerns include - parent/child conflict, noncompliance, difficulties accepting "no", talking back, video game use issues, ADHD, anxiety, mood issues, tics, anger, and many more!
Above all, I deeply value providing a comfortable and quality behavioral health experience. I understand that pursuing behavioral health services may be a confusing, intimidating, and overwhelming.
