In my practice, I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and couples. I have fifteen years of experience working with middle school and high school students including student athletes, students in the creative arts, and students at all levels of academic functioning, including those with learning differences (such as ADD or on the autism spectrum). I work with couples to enhance their communication and connection, with a particular focus on supporting parents in navigating the changes, challenges, and unique aspects of each chapter of parenthood.
My approach is compassionate, down to earth, strengths-based, and action oriented. Through developing a strong and trusting connection with my clients, I learn what's important to them and what type of growth and change they're looking for. I support them in building awareness and putting new strategies into practice to enhance their lives and relationships.
