On our path in life we often find ourselves struggling with certain issues. Sometime these issues have a negative effect on our self-esteem, self-worth and self-image which prevent us from achieving our dreams and goals we. No matter what you may be struggling with there is a solution and together we can work together to achieve it. I provide a very down to earth, honest, strength-based approach that enables you to take the lead in your therapy. I offer support, guidance and the accountability necessary for you to achieve your goals. Together we will create a plan that provides you with the tools and confidence for success.
I have many years of experience working with most mental health and addiction diagnoses both in-patient and out-patient settings and experience mental health crisis in hospital emergency settings. I offer both individual and group therapy as well as life coaching. I am partnered with an in-house practitioner for medication management if needed.
I have a very flexible schedule that can accommodate most day evening and weekend times. I am able to provide therapy sessions via video chat, phone and within the community as well as the traditional face-to-face office setting. My current cost per session is $125 an hour and I do accept most insurance.
