Asking for help can be one of the most challenging tasks in life. It is my hope to help you with that challenge. Much of my experience has been working with adults and children in various settings, such as home, hospital, crisis, office, and school environments. I believe these experiences provide me with a unique understanding of an individual's overall needs.
I enjoy helping people! I provide a strengths-based perspective practice. I utilize cognitive-behavioral, solution focused, as well as other evidence-based approaches to assist adults, children and their family's needs.
