About
Have you gone through a trauma that's still affecting you? Is it affecting your relationships or self-esteem or making you feel stressed or overwhelmed? I’m a trauma therapist and I can help you take back control of your life. Here are some (but not all) of the issues I can help with: abuse in relationships/childhood/adulthood, accidents, deployment to combat zones, losses/grief, divorce/relationship breakups, events that were humiliating and assaults.
Trauma makes you feel lost, overwhelmed, alone and unsupported. It affects your relationships, your self-esteem, your health, and your confidence. Trauma comes out in different ways: sometimes it is relived in the mind; other times, it builds a wall between you and others that leaves you feeling misunderstood and alone.
I'm excited to meet you and start working together. Please feel free to email or leave me a voicemail. Tell me what you are struggling with, what you want to change, or anything else that can help me to know you better. You don't have to do this alone. I look forward to hearing from you.
