Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention
MBRP is an 8 week psycho-educational group. MBRP is best suited to individuals who have undergone initial treatment and have at least 30 days of sobriety. Through MBRP, the individual becomes aware of triggers, destructive behavior patterns, and automatic reactions to triggers. The MBRP program is designed to teach clients to pause, observe their present experience, and bring awareness to the range of choices available to them at the present moment. By practicing MBRP, you have the opportunity to respond to events and feelings in positive ways. MBRP can help you work towards freedom from addiction.
