I want to help those who wish to cultivate a more stable intention towards wellness, more quiet in their minds, and a deeper connection with others.
I specialize in mindfulness-based interventions, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems Theory, and other modalities, depending on each individual's needs. I believe in the basic goodness of people, and that being happy isn't a matter of gaining something we don't already have, but removing the obstacles that keep it hidden from view.
