About
Are you struggling to find motivation or purpose? Do you feel like your life isn't where you had hoped it would be by now? Do you struggle to get your needs met? You're not alone, and you've come to the right place. Every person needs help sometimes, and it takes courage to acknowledge it when that person is ourselves. I've helped many people in the same situation you’re in. Utilizing scientifically-proven approaches, I give professionals and young adults the space to heal their developmental trauma, and begin prioritizing their happiness by taking concrete steps to reach their goals in life, work, and love.
There is always so much going on that it can be easy to forget about our own purpose and fulfillment. Utilizing CBT, Internal Family Systems and Existential theory, I facilitate my clients achieving clarity on their core values and goals in life, and help them develop practical plans to achieve them while overcoming obstacles along the way.
Many clients find immediate relief in our first few sessions. While building new habits and making long-standing changes can take some time, 10-12 sessions is a reasonable expectation to see real movement towards your goals. You're not alone, and you're not stuck where you are forever. Give me a call, and let's get to work.
