I have a diverse professional background which encompasses experience in mental health/behavioral care, education, business, writing and more. I have experienced many personal challenges and have learned how to get back up and succeed. My personal life and my professional training and experience allow me to specialize in anxiety, depression and self-esteem.
I am inherently caring and sensitive to other's needs, but my own personal challenges and successes have allowed me to develop a better ability to sympathize and empathize with others. I believe that we all have a story to tell and that while we are different in some ways, we all have the same basic needs and desires, and that "The Golden Rule" should rule.
