I am a trauma focused clinician that provides evidenced based therapy via eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and integrative approaches. Our experience shapes the individual that we are. Sometimes these experiences create a wound that pulls and pushes us in a direction that conflicts with the way we want to live. I can help. I am open, honest, and I genuinely care about addressing your wounds. I have experience working with PTSD, addiction, depression and anxiety.

I am a combat vet who deployed to Iraq as a combat medic with an infantry platoon in 2006. I struggled, deeply, until I engaged in EMDR for myself. It was the best thing I ever did for myself and my family. I waited ten years to take that step, but I am so happy I did.
