I am adept at listening for opportunities to evoke change, and at helping people to examine how they perceive themselves, manage emotions, and handle life's challenges. By offering CBT, and ACT, alongside a Mindfulness component, I'm often able to help clients find a much greater sense of peace, and lead more productive, joyful lives.
