I work with individuals, couples, and families who want to strengthen relationships, manage emotions more effectively, better understand how past experiences and trauma continue to shape their lives, and explore their relationship with substances. Together, we explore patterns that no longer serve you and develop healthier ways to cope, connect, and move forward.

My work integrates Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, mindfulness practices, and a humanistic approach informed by Cultural Relational Theory and attachment theory. I help people understand how trauma, relationships, and coping patterns shape their lives while strengthening motivation, self-awareness, and practical tools for lasting change.
