As a disabled single parent, I understand firsthand the complexities of disability, parenting, and major life transitions. I specialize in working with individuals facing chronic illness, disability, caregiving, co-parenting, and grief, as well as those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples, providing a client-centered, collaborative space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.

My approach is rooted in the belief that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. I integrate modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic approaches, always prioritizing a collaborative and supportive environment where you feel heard and understood.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over twenty years in the entertainment industry, focusing on social justice documentaries. That work deepened my understanding of resilience, systemic challenges, and the importance of amplifying unheard voices—values that shape my therapy today.
