Groups
OCD Skills Group - Fall 2026
Birchwood Counseling is offering a 9-week virtual OCD Skills Group starting around November 30, 2026, designed for individuals experiencing obsessions and compulsions who are impacted by OCD. Meetings will take place online via Google Meet on Mondays from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Sessions covered by OHP - Trillium, CareOregon, Kaiser, PacificSource Commercial, Regence BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS), and MODA Health. $81 per session for Out of Network with some sliding scale spots available.
