Welcome, I'm Jasmine! Have you recently experienced a life change and having a hard time navigating? Maybe you've discovered that your relationship with yourself and/or others isn't exactly what you expected them to be. Today, navigating the world in all of its fast-paced and ever-changing glory can be overwhelming. I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and relational and transitional concerns to restore homeostasis in their lives, using a mix of modalities tailored to meet the needs of the individual.
It is my paramount goal to work with individuals to process their concerns, manage symptoms that may hinder their personal development, discover the beauty and power that they possess and empower individuals to show up authentically in the world.
In my practice I understand the importance of holistic treatment, working with the whole person versus only addressing symptoms and diagnoses. We will become a therapeutic dynamic duo and work collaboratively to work towards goals.
