With over six years of experience, my primary focus is working with youth and young adults navigating trauma, domestic violence, emotional overwhelm, and high stress situations. I also place a strong emphasis on building self-esteem and helping young individauls develop a more confident, secure sense of who they are.
I understand how hard it can be for young people to open up, especially when they feel misunderstood, shut down, or forced into therapy. My approach is real, direct, and compassionate. I create a space where young people can show up fully- no judgement, and no pressure to have it all figured out.
