As an African-American woman raised in strict Christian, conservative spaces, I understand how those influences can impact self-worth. That’s why I’m passionate about helping support individuals as heal, grow, and embrace who they are.
I also have experience in couples counseling, including LGBTQIA+ and polyamorous relationships, and am committed to offering poly-affirmative support to individuals & partners.

Group therapy is the treatment of choice for Out Of Control Sexual Behavior (commonly known as “sex addiction”). Carolina Sexual Wellness Center's OCSB Therapy Group is a unique, valuable experience for those who struggle with frequent sexual behavior and urges that have led to negative consequences and may not align with their values. Facilitated by licensed therapists with specialized training in sex therapy and problematic sexual behavior, it is run from a sex positive perspective, guiding participants to explore and establish what healthy sexuality looks like for them.
