Hello! My name is Jasmine Wadkins. I am an LCSW in Kentucky. I have been in the mental and behavioral health industry for the past 18 years and it is an honor to walk alongside someone on their journey towards healing and wholeness. When it comes to providing therapy, I employ multiple theoretical approaches and frameworks such as CBT, DBT, ACT, humanistic, and intersectionality - just to name a few. I believe in person-centered care, so I use the approaches that best meet the special and unique needs of my clients.
I prefer to work with adults, specifically those 21 and over, who are navigating life's challenges just as transitions, job loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and interpersonal/relationship difficulties.
