I specialize in assisting with resolving family conflict, coping with life transitions, managing ADHD and Anxiety, Reclaiming or discovering your identity, and supporting those who are caregivers for physically disabled or mentally ill loved ones. Trained in family systems, I pull in the multigenerational patterns that continue to Impact you today.
Combined with solid clinical training, I also encourage spiritual exploration with clients if they would like. Meditation, EFT tapping and bibliotherapy are utilized to help you discover and live as your true authentic self.
