I specialize in Substance Abuse Treatment, Cognitive Based Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). My focus on evidence-based treatments ensures that my clients experience treatments that are proven by research to be effective.
I have worked for many years in the addictions field and love it, but I have found that there are many others out there in need of support. Others suffering from the negative effects of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. As a former Marine officer, I also noticed that many servicemembers and Veterans are at an elevated risk. I hope to bridge that gap.
