Rehumanizing Resilience

This 8-week intensive virtual group therapy program designed to support Black women (ages 22-62) in reconnecting with their authentic selves through a blend of art, music, movement, and reflective journaling. Using the Jasmine's "(Re)humanizing method", participants will explore and heal from trauma, reclaim their narratives, and cultivate resilience.
