Many of my clients come to me feeling confused about why they keep ending up in the same relationship patterns despite their best efforts to change. I specialize in working with individuals who have engaged in talk therapy in the past but are ready for a different approach. As a collaborative therapist, my goal is to work with you, not for you.

I approach my work holistically, focusing on the mind-body connection. I integrate Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). EMDR is an evidence-based technique used to reduce triggers brought on by painful events. IFS is an evidenced-based therapeutic approach used to foster self-awareness and self-acceptance.
