My approach is trauma-informed and strengths-based. I work with adults and young adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, as well as individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I am deeply committed to providing gender-affirming and inclusive care for LGBTQIA2S+
