For me, not all sessions need to be groundbreaking or therapeutic; healing is not a linear process. We might have sessions where we talk about dream vacation spots, or there may be times where we’ll need to sauce the nuggets at a later time (my version of circle back); whatever the case may be, I am here to provide you the space to do so.
Outside of the therapy room, you can find me reading and spending time with my dog, Ollie - also known as Oliver Wilson Sanchez. He will likely join us during sessions because he's a Velcro dog, but don't worry, he keeps everything confidential!
