I work with clients to explore and identify patterns of thinking and behaviors that are unhelpful; confront discrepancies and limitations that prevent forward movement; enhance self-love and acceptance; and ultimately empower clients to create a life that is more meaningful, intentional, and fulfilling.
My practice is predominantly focused on working with individuals who are going through life transitions and experience anxiety or depression. I have a special interest in working with individuals who are experiencing or have been fighting infertility or pregnancy loss, and first responders.
