About
*PRACTICE IS FULL; Waitlist OPEN* Ideal clients would be tweens, teens or young adults. I can work with individuals and families who are seeking counseling support during a major transition in their lives. This could be surrounding grief and loss, divorce, death, chronic illness, mental illness, or other major life challenges. I have worked with pre-teens, adolescents, families who are homeless, individuals with mental illness, individuals who work in the health care setting, as well as those in hospice. Using a holistic strength based approach I aim to provide a healing therapeutic environment.
I believe every individual has the wisdom to look inward and find strength to overcome the most challenging of circumstances. My goal is to help support that person or family build on their wisdom to overcome the obstacles that they want to address. My office is ADA accessible with a ramped entrance. EMDR is a modality I love to use in my work.
As an individual who has utilized counseling since her pre-adolescence I seek to provide a service I see as an essential part of how I built my own life. I also provide supervision for individuals working towards licensure. I am a multi-ethnic individual who has lived in California, Oregon, and Pennsylvania.
