I have served in the helping professions for several years and has had the opportunity to work with a multitude of populations. I completed my first degree in Industrial and organizational psychology and successfully guided many individual businesses to start existing in their purpose. After completing this Journey, I returned and received my second degree in Professional counseling and has since worked with teens, Adults and Seniors to address the needs they have related to esteem, goals and their identified purpose.
I have worked extensively with CBT based therapies and utilizes these skills to aid in the transformation process that will help guide you on your journey in and out of sessions. I am versed in career counseling, existentialism, gestaltism and CBT. I am also licensed in EMDR. My approach is to identify your assets and start writing your new story.
