Hi there! I’m a Latinx therapist serving New York and New Jersey. My goal as a therapist is to provide you with a culturally-sensitive and supportive environment where you can explore thoughts and emotions, to gain the clarity you need to live a more fulfilled and authentic life. Everyone has a unique story, and I’m interested in hearing yours to help you cultivate self love, improve your relationships, build self esteem, reduce stress or anxiety, and find peace in any difficult situation you may be facing.
My approach to therapy is interactive, engaging, and collaborative. Therapy is very personal. Each session is tailored to you and your experiences while incorporating evidence-based techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to meet your unique needs.
