At Perfect Peace Counseling I work with older adolescents ages 15-18 and adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, depression, family conflict, relationship challenges, life transitions, overcoming “church hurt”, or just feeling plain stuck and overwhelmed. Many clients come to therapy feeling exhausted by patterns they can’t seem to change or unsure of where to start. Others are seeking a supportive, Christ-centered space where they can process life’s challenges, strengthen coping skills, and move toward greater clarity, healing, and peace.
I provide Christ-centered, integrative counseling grounded in CBT and other evidence-based approaches. Together, we explore patterns, build practical coping skills, and take meaningful steps toward emotional healing, healthier relationships, and lasting peace.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. This can be a space to slow down, feel heard, and make sense of what feels heavy without judgment. My goal is to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, hope, and the peace you’ve been searching for.
