My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, creativity, and evidence-based practices that empower you to find healing and authorship over your “one wild and precious life.” I use a variety of techniques including parts work, nervous system regulation, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help you get back into the driver's seat.
In a session with me, you can expect to be met with non-judgement, curiosity and compassion. While personal growth is life long, most clients experience significant improvement in mood within the first three months of our work together.
