Hi, I’m Jasmine, a Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (IMFT) in Ohio. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families navigating relational challenges, trauma, eating disorders, mood disorders, depression, ADHD, anxiety, perfectionism and self-esteem/self-worth challenges. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or struggling to connect with yourself or others, I offer a supportive space to explore what’s beneath the surface—and begin the process of meaningful, lasting change. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I believe healing happens best when we adapt and grow together.

My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and relational. I integrate EMDR, CBT, and attachment-based approaches to help you safely process painful experiences—especially those that may still live in your body long after the event has passed. Together, we’ll work to heal the deeper wounds, build self-trust, and strengthen your capacity.

My practice is neuro-affirming, inclusive, and client-centered. Whether you're navigating trauma, exploring your relationship with food and your body, or working through complex relational dynamics, I aim to meet you with curiosity—not judgment—and to create a space that feels safe, empowering, and deeply personal.
