Do you ever feel like your relationship or family life has become more about managing responsibilities than feeling truly connected? As a second-generation Filipino American therapist, I understand the tension between honoring family and finding your own voice. I work relationally and depth-oriented, exploring protective patterns, attachment wounds, and intergenerational narratives to help you feel more secure, grounded, and connected in your relationships and within yourself.
