About
Ready for a change? Want to get ways to be empowered and take charge of your life? If you answer yes to these questions then I am a good fit for you. You can take a look at my personal page jasmineadamslcsw.net and find more about my specialties. I am certified in the much sought after EMDR Therapy. I am committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental, and therapeutic environment, where you will find yourself being able to examine and understand yourself better.
As a trauma informed, strength-based, and client-centered therapist, my goal is to help you realize your true potential. I come from a cultural humility approach (LGTBQI, BIPOC safe) which means that you are the expert to your experience.
While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and cope with them. I have experience working with all ages and comfortable with individual, family, and couples therapy.
