Every individual is the expert in their own life. I believe each person has the answer to their own life's questions. My role as your therapist is to support you, guide you, and empower you to find those answers. As a Hispanic woman, I understand the the importance of being seen and heard. I strive to create a therapeutic space where you feel comfortable to process difficult emotions and experience validation.
Utilizing treatment modalities such as Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and trauma informed care we can work together through any behavioral health needs that may be blocking those answers from coming to light.
I provide services in English, Spanish, or Spanglish. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and working with clients to break intergenerational trauma cycles. Looking forward to helping you heal!
