Hello! I'm Jasmine and I am a licensed clinical social worker who has been providing mental health services to teens and adults since 2017. I am also a board-approved clinical supervisor for social workers seeking clinical licensure in Maryland. I specialize in providing mental health care to individuals and families navigating neurodivergence. This includes adults who suspect that they have ADHD, autism, or other neurodevelopmental disorders. This also includes parents, siblings, or family members supporting a loved one with a neurodevelopmental disorder and who may need their own mental health support.
I also specialize in mood disorders (i.e., bipolar spectrum disorders and recurrent depression). This includes maternal mental health and postpartum mood disorders to support moms and dads on their pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting journeys.
I understand that trusting a stranger with your private life is not easy and it is a responsibility that I do not take lightly. I feel very blessed to work as a therapist and aim to foster a safe and supportive space where healing and growth can take place. Thank you for considering me as your therapist!
